Neothink Acquires Harbinger Consulting Group
WILLOUGHBY (DECEMBER 1, 2011)

Neothink LLC, an Information Technology services provider based in Willoughby, Ohio has acquired Harbinger Consulting Group LLC of Hudson, Ohio.

Harbinger Consulting Group (HCG), established in 2004, provides information technology support services to small and mid-sized businesses in the northeast Ohio area.

HCG senior support engineer, Rick Colvin, will bring his 25 years of IT support experience to Neothink and will continue to provide advanced IT solutions for both HCG and Neothink clients. HCG founder and owner, Eugene Kadish, will move on to a senior network engineering position at a Cleveland area company.

“We’ve had the opportunity to work with HCG in the past and have been very impressed by the level of professionalism and knowledge that they consistently provided to their clients”, said Mark Nekic, President of Neothink LLC. “Mr. Colvin’s considerable experience and knowledge, combined with Neothink’s expanded resources and tools, will allow us to provide an even better IT support experience for all of our clients”, added Mark.

Neothink LLC offers a wide array of IT Support services, including Managed Services, cloud-based backup services, advanced network security solutions, and locally-based helpdesk support.
