Toolingu.com – Web-Based Manufacturing Training
Toolingu.com provides online training for a wide range of manufacturers and technical trade schools. Toolingu.com’s training catalog includes hundreds of online training classes written for metal manufacturers, welders, assemblers, and maintenance professionals. These classes are delivered through a custom learning management system (LMS), which provides extensive tracking and reporting capabilities.

As a web-based training provider, Toolingu.com has always emphasized a logical and reliable infrastructure for its servers and hardware. In early 2010, Toolingu.com was planning a major upgrade and relocation of its core servers and databases. Neothink helped us with planning and implementing our web hosting and data management. After providing planning assistance, Neothink configured and setup our clustered load-balanced web servers, domain controllers, SAN, SQL servers, switches, firewalls, and all backup servers.

Throughout the entire process, Neothink was highly responsive, deeply knowledgeable, and totally supportive. Toolingu.com’s experience with Neothink reinforced the fact that they are an ideal partner for critical IT systems support. According to Chad Schron, VP of Toolingu.com, “We are very happy with the technical knowledge and customer support that we receive from Neothink. I would highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone that has IT needs.”

In addition to this most recent work, Neothink has been Toolingu.com’s “go to” source for Disaster Recovery planning, as well as emergency situations.
